Skateboarding among possible Tokyo 2020 sports

The BBC are reporting that skateboarding has been identified as one of five possible new ‘sports’ that could be part of the Olympics come Tokyo 2020. Read the full story here. It seems the bid has been brought by FIRS, the Federation Internationale Roller Sports, under the moniker ‘Rolling to Tokyo‘.  FIRS, is a governing body which represents various forms of roller skating, and also apparently skateboarding?
